Paid Time Off

Our paid time off program may be used for vacation, personal time off or illness. Rivermark employees start accruing paid time off the first of the month after 90 days of employment.

Full-time employees accrue three weeks of paid time off annually during their first four years of employment, four weeks annually with 5-10 years of service, five weeks annually with 11-19 years of service and six weeks annually with 20 or more years of service. Part-time employees accrue a prorated amount of paid time off, based on the same schedule.

The Credit Union observes ten paid holidays (nine, if Veterans Day is used as an all-staff training day). In addition, employees hired before the end of the calendar year are eligible for one floating holiday, to be taken during the following year.

Learning & Development

Rivermark understands the importance of continuing education, so we provide financial assistance to full-time employees who wish to further their education by completing business or relevant career-related courses. Leadership development opportunities are also available.

Other Benefits

Credit Union employees also enjoy our denim casual days, employee events, mass transit reimbursement program, carpool incentive and free parking (or some parking reimbursement, depending on location). Additional employee benefits include Credit Union membership, reduced employee loan rates, free counseling services, discounted rates on numerous local activities (concert tickets, ski passes, exercise classes, etc.), length of service awards and free financial counseling and education.
