Paid Time Off
Our paid time off program may be used for vacation, personal time off or illness. Full-time employees accrue three weeks of paid time off during their first five years of employment, four weeks with 5-11 years of service, five weeks with 11-20 years of service and six weeks with 20 or more years of service. Part-time employees accrue a prorated amount of paid time off, based on the same schedule. The Credit Union also observes nine paid holidays.
Other Benefits
Credit Union employees also enjoy our tuition assistance program, denim casual days, employee appreciation events, wellness program, Tri-Met subsidy program, carpool incentive and free parking. Additional employee benefits include credit union membership, reduced employee loan rates, free counseling services, discounted rates on numerous local activities (concert tickets, ski passes, exercise classes, etc.), length of service awards and free financial counseling and education.
