Incentive Program
This program provides a discretionary cash bonus to reward staff for their contributions to the Credit Union. Quarterly payouts are based on our achievement of targeted Credit Union and individual goals.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Rivermark Community Credit Union employees that work at least 1,000 hours in the calendar year are eligible to contribute pre-tax earnings to a 401(k) retirement plan beginning the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.
After one year of service, we will contribute an amount equal to 4% of your gross earnings into your 401(k) retirement plan. The Credit Union will also match any 401(k) contributions you may make, dollar for dollar, up to your first 4%.
Our employees are 100% vested in their 401(k) retirement plan after five years of service.
Flexible Spending Accounts
The Credit Union offers flexible spending accounts to our employees. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars to purchase dependent care services and/or medical, dental or vision services that would normally be purchased with after-tax dollars.
Rivermark Community Credit Union reserves the right to amend or discontinue any of the plans mentioned in this summary.
