Medical Insurance

Rivermark Community Credit Union offers medical insurance through Providence Health Plan to full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week.   Our medical insurance includes prescription drug coverage.  Coverage begins on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.  Employee premiums are paid in full by the Credit Union for full-time employees.  The Credit Union also pays 50% of part-time employee coverage.  Employees that have worked for the Credit Union for at least three years receive dependent premium assistance, based on years of service. 

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is provided by BEST to our full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week, with coverage beginning on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment. Employee premiums are paid for by the Credit Union for full-time employees. The Credit Union also pays 50% of part-time employee coverage.

Life & Disability Insurance

Rivermark Community Credit Union provides life, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance at no cost to employees scheduled to work at least 24 hours/week.
