Medical Insurance
Rivermark Community Credit Union offers medical insurance through Providence Health Plan to full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Our medical insurance includes prescription drug coverage. Insurance coverage begins on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.
Employee premiums are paid by the Credit Union for full-time employees. The Credit Union also pays 50% of part-time employee coverage. Employees that have worked for the Credit Union for at least three years receive dependent premium assistance, based on years of service.
Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is provided by BEST to our full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, with coverage beginning on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.
Employee premiums are paid by the Credit Union for full-time employees. The Credit Union also pays 50% of part-time employee coverage.
Supplemental Vision Insurance
The Credit Union offers supplemental vision insurance through EyeMed to our full-time employees and part-time employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Coverage begins on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment.
You may choose to purchase this insurance for yourself and your family members. The coverage includes exams, frames and lenses, contacts and discounts on laser vision correction, eye care supplies and replacement contact lens purchases.
Life & Disability Insurance
After one year of service, Rivermark provides life, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance at no cost to employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours/week.
